Derek & Nicole {Wedding}

  I met Derek & Nicole in college and believe me, they are some of the nicest people.  I was truly honored when they asked me to photograph their wedding.  Like many days this summer, it was a scorcher.  The church was quaint, sweet and packed full of people who wanted to celebrate Derek & Nicole's love.  They seemed to have a great time and really enjoy the day!  They were very laid back and went with the flow.  We were so happy to share the day with them.  Congratulations and Best Wishes, Derek & Nicole!

Brianna & Nick {Engagement}

  This adorable couple is getting married this weekend!  I am so excited to spend their special day with them!
   It was another hot summer day that day, but that didn't keep these two from smiling and laughing.  With the exchange of such adoring looks and sweet kisses, I have no doubt that they are simply mad about each other.  Congratulations and Best Wishes to the happy couple.  We'll see you in a few days.

 

Amy {Maternity}

  Amy and Jacob welcomed their daughter, Addelyn Jean, into the world on July 22, 2013.  She was 7 pounds, 1 ounce and 20 1/2 inches long.  She is absolutely beautiful!  

   A few weeks before little Addie was born, I had the pleasure of taking photos of Amy and Jacob.  Amy was radiant! Seriously, all pregnant women should be lucky enough to look like that.  We had a great session and they were truly excited to meet their little bundle of joy.  Best wishes to their little family!

 

Barron Jon {1 Year}

   Happy Birthday, Barron!!!  Can't believe this little guy is 1 year old already.   He was so busy walking around, playing and laughing.  We, of course, had to get a picture with his puppy, Dory, too.  He just adores her.
   Then, it was time for birthday cake!  He loved smashing that cake and making a big mess.  As always, I had such a great time.  Thanks, little Barron!

Derek & Nicole {Engagement}

   One word: Darling!  These two are such a cute couple.  It gives me such joy to see two of my dear friends so happy together.    

    I met Derek and Nicole back in our college days.  Derek and my husband were roommates when I met them.  We always had so much fun together.

    Derek and Nicole were always laughing and smiling.  They are truly warm-hearted, fun-loving people.  I am so proud of them as they now shape young minds as teachers.

    They have a shared love for teaching and baseball, especially the Minnesota Twins.  

    I am so very happy for them and can't wait for their big day! Congratulations, you two!!   

     

'D' {Family}

  This family is simply adorable. These little twins are so funny and sweet.  I had such a great time seeing them laugh and play.  We even played in the leaves- the girls were not too big on that.  But the girls had so much fun walking on Mom and Dad's feet and snuggling up.   And who wouldn't love those darling boots!  

Barron Jon {9 months}

   Well, I got a little behind on the blog posts, but I am catching up now.  

   Here we have another adorable session with little Barron.  At this time, he was crawling and playing and having so much fun out in grass and leaves. 

   Can't believe he's already one year old.  I'll be posting that session soon.  Can't wait, it's a fun one! :)
